Access to client data is strictly limited to Tesseric personnel directly involved in your engagement. We do not share, sell, license, or otherwise disclose your data to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.
When you authorize Tesseric to connect to a third-party platform (such as a cloud accounting system), that connection is made on your behalf using credentials or tokens you authorize. Tesseric accesses your data through the platform's official API in a read-only capacity as part of its analytics services. Tesseric does not modify your data in connected systems unless explicitly authorized in writing for a specific engagement.
Your use of third-party platforms is governed by those platforms' own terms and privacy policies.
We retain your data for the duration of your active engagement with Tesseric. Following termination of the engagement, we retain data for up to six (6) months to allow for any final deliverables, dispute resolution, or transition assistance. After that period, your data is permanently deleted.

The Tesseric website (tesseric.ai) does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics tools, or third-party scripts of any kind. All fonts and assets are served from the same domain. No personal information is collected through the website.
